I spent 5 years in people & organisation consulting before a post graduate degree in psychology at UCL in London

I started Uncover to bring all the best parts of psychology research to businesses to help them understand & address the People challenges they face

Our aim is to bring the best of research to businesses

The aim of Uncover is to bring the latest techniques & evidence from the world of psychology to businesses to help build a better workplace.

This involves a mix of qualitative & quantitative research methods, as well as designing pilots & experiments to measure the impact of any interventions we roll out.

The evidence-backed interventions we design are based on the latest research into how people learn, how teams can work together effectively, what drives retention and how workplaces shape our behaviour.
